Privacy Policy
We collect nothing behind your back. Writing to us leaves us your name, contact details and whatever you chose to tell us — that's the entire dataset. It stays between us: no advertising networks, no analytics profiles, no third-party marketing. We look back at old messages only to remember what was agreed with you. Once an inquiry has been dormant for about a year we clear it out. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion whenever you like; a short email is enough and we act on it within a month. You always retain the right to raise the matter with a supervisory authority.
Your data
If you'd like to access, update, port, or erase any personal information we have on file, please contact us — we'll act on it within thirty calendar days, at no charge. You have the right to withdraw consent for any future processing, to restrict how we use existing records, and to ask that your data be moved to another service in a portable format. Records subject to legal retention (orders, invoices) cannot be deleted before the required period elapses, but everything else can. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
Cookies
This site sets almost nothing. When you make a choice in the cookie notice, that choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask you again — and that is the only thing we record. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, and no analytics platforms loaded on any page. If you clear your browser storage, the notice will simply appear once more on your next visit. Nothing about your browsing here is collected, profiled, or shared with anyone.
