Structural steel fabrication
Beams, columns, brackets, and connection plates fabricated to drawing in our Kawasaki workshop. We work from client-supplied DXF or PDF drawings, or we can produce shop drawings from sketch dimensions. Typical lead time for a standard bracket set is five to eight working days.
Pipe welding and spoolwork
Carbon steel, stainless, and duplex pipe from DN25 to DN300. We weld to ASME B31.3 or JIS B 8265 as specified. Spool assemblies are hydrostatically tested in-house before delivery to site.
On-site repair and modification
Repair welding on existing structures, plant equipment, and machinery. We assess the base material before committing to a repair procedure. If the parent metal is compromised, we say so before we start.
Stainless and aluminium fabrication
Food-grade stainless enclosures, handrails, and process vessels. Aluminium MIG welding for transport and architectural applications. Surface finish options include #4 brushed, electropolished, and bead-blasted.
Weld inspection and procedure qualification
We assist clients who need a welding procedure specification qualified but do not have in-house capacity. We prepare the WPS, arrange the test welds, and coordinate third-party destructive testing through our partner lab in Yokohama.
Emergency call-out
For plant breakdowns and urgent structural failures, we maintain a two-person call-out team available Monday to Saturday. Response time within the Kawasaki and Yokohama area is typically under three hours.
